Battlefield 6 reveal is coming! EA event expected to showcase the new game.
Okay, so the Battlefield hype train is officially picking up speed! I've been seeing whispers and rumors for ages, and now it seems like EA is finally gearing up to properly reveal the next installment, which, if the leaks are to be believed, will be called Battlefield 6.
Apparently, some lucky content creators are already getting their hands on some goodies. A Battlefield content creator mentioned on Twitter that a now-deleted tweet showcased a "massive" Battlefield 6 case being sent out. This implies that a reveal is just around the corner.
And there's more! According to sources, EA is planning a **three-day event** starting on July 29th where they'll officially unveil the game. This event sounds pretty cool, as it may include interviews with the developers and gameplay with content creators.
Although we can't take everything at face value until EA officially confirms it, the image of the promotional case shows 'Battlefield 6' written across the front, with straps seemingly branded with different Battlefield modes, including Conquest, Breakthrough, PTFO, and Rush. This made me think that it's probably real, and we're in for a treat.
What we *do* know for sure is that it's set in modern times, bringing back the classic classes and a map design more similar to older titles after *Battlefield 2042*. I am pretty excited about this, as I thought that some changes made in Battlefield 2042, like the specialists, didn't really feel like Battlefield.
Even with a "closed" playtest with an NDA, a lot of gameplay footage has appeared online. Despite EA's attempts to contain the leaks, clips of gameplay, factions, gear customization options, the battle royale mode, and even the single-player campaign have been circulating. I'm not complaining though!
I'm definitely hyped. Let's see what happens!
