Chromatic Lancelier Location

You can find the Chromatic Lancelier in the Spring Meadows area. After entering Grand Meadow and activating the Rest Point flag, follow the path until you reach a fork. One path leads up a cliff, while the other leads directly to the boss.

Interestingly, the Chromatic Lancelier won't immediately attack. This gives you a valuable opportunity to launch a surprise attack. Take advantage of this to get a head start in the battle, allowing Gustave and Lune to strike first.

Chromatic Lancelier Battle Guide

The Chromatic Lancelier is a hard-hitting boss capable of taking out your characters with a single blow. Its weak point is the green orb where its head should be. Focusing your attacks on this spot, especially with characters like Gustave, can deal significant damage.

Ice attacks are highly effective against the Chromatic Lancelier, making Lune's Ice Lance a valuable asset in this fight.

The Chromatic Lancelier employs three distinct attack patterns, each telegraphed by on-screen text:

• Chromatic Lancelier attacks: A slow buildup followed by a quick second hit. Dodging is recommended due to the speed of the second strike.
• Chromatic Lancelier attacks quickly: A single, rapid thrust. Be prepared to dodge or parry with very little reaction time.
• Chromatic Lancelier attacks slowly: A single, slower attack that is ideal for parrying if you can master the timing.
