ILL: First Impressions of This Gory and Terrifying Horror Game

Okay, so I saw the ILL trailer from Summer Game Fest 2025, and I gotta say, it definitely grabbed my attention! We're talking a first-person horror game that doesn't shy away from the gruesome stuff. Think intense combat, disgusting creatures and a whole lot of blood and guts. I was instantly hooked.

Honestly, it makes you wonder, who are the people behind this madness? What kind of imagination does it take to create something so…disturbing? I can't wait to see what kind of twisted story they have in store for us. I love a good horror game that can make you jump and feel genuinely uneasy and ILL looks like it might just deliver on that front!

I think many of us are curious about the story and the kind of creatures we will see in the game. I really hope there's a good reason why all this carnage is happening.

For example, I am curious about the enemy design. What makes them so horrific? Is it just visual, or is there something more to it? I hope the enemies are unique and terrifying, each with its own set of weaknesses. Maybe some will be fast, some will be strong, and others will require more strategic thinking to take down.
