Get ready, folks! Lara Croft is swinging back into action with a second season of Tomb Raider: The Legend of Lara Croft on Netflix, and judging by the trailer, it's going to be a wild ride! I'm talking shark-punching action, folks.

In this new season, Lara's teaming up with Sam, whom you might remember from the 2013 reboot. It seems like they are searching for ancient African relics. Of course, there's a villainous "techno-visionary" trying to use these relics for some seriously bad stuff. You know, the usual world-domination plot. Can't have a Tomb Raider adventure without one! It seems to me that it's going to be an exciting closure to the series.

Hayley Atwell is back as the voice of Lara, along with Earl Baylon as Jonah. Plus, we've got Karen Fukuhara (from The Boys) joining the cast as Sam.

If you're a fan of the rebooted Tomb Raider timeline, you'll be happy to see Lara rocking her twin climbing axes again. It's always cool to see those signature tools in action.

Mark your calendars! Season two hits Netflix on December 11th. Sadly, it's also the last season for this particular series. But hey, at least we get one more adventure with Lara, right?
