Opening the crate automatically initiates "Hair Today, Gone Tomorrow." The quest details reveal a mysterious package sent from someone named Tarkaa, destined for someone in Kilima Village. The contents remain a secret.
Delivering the Package
Your next stop is Kilima Village. If you've unlocked the Central Stables, fast travel will save you time. Otherwise, prepare for a journey. In Kilima, your target is Mayor Kenli, residing in City Hall. Speaking with Kenli, and mentioning the package from Tarkaa will reveal the package's unusual contents: a spray-on wig!
Quest Completion
The final step involves patiently waiting for a letter from Mayor Kenli. This letter, delivered to your in-game mailbox, concludes the quest. Your reward?
