PSVR2 Gets a Boost: Four New Games Announced, Including Dreams of Another!
Hey gamers! Guess what? Sony just dropped some news about the PSVR2, and it's looking like they haven't forgotten about it after all!
They've announced four new games coming to the headset. Three of them are hitting us this year, which is pretty exciting!
First up, we've got Dreams of Another from Q-Games. These are the folks that brought us the PixelJunk games, so you know it's gonna be something special. Apparently, you play as "The Man in Pajamas" and the gameplay revolves around creating the world by shooting circular particles. Sounds trippy, right? I'm really curious to see how this plays out in VR.
Next, coming sooner is Grit and Valor - 1949. If you like tactics, this one could be for you. You're a commander in an alternate WWII, moving units chess-style. It is scheduled to launch August 21st.
Then there's Hotel Infinity, a follow-up to Manifold Garden from Studio Chyr. This is a surreal puzzle game set in an abstract hotel. If you're into mind-bending puzzles, keep an eye on this one!
Finally, we have Meteora, a "cosmic survival racer" coming next year. I love that this game is gonna let us race through asteroid belts and other cosmic hazards, sounds intense! You can boost your velocity by collecting Stardust.
While the PSVR2 hasn't been getting a ton of love lately, it's cool to see Sony throwing some support its way. Let's hope these games deliver!
