Ready or Not: Tactical FPS Comes to Consoles and Epic Games Store!

Get ready to breach and clear, console players! Ready or Not, the intense tactical FPS from Void Interactive, is officially making its way to consoles later this year. While a specific date remains under wraps, the current target is set for summer (Q3).

But that's not all! The developers also announced that the game will be available on the Epic Games Store and the Microsoft Store, expanding its reach to a wider audience.

In Ready or Not, players are thrust into the gritty world of Los Sueños, a city grappling with a massive crime wave. As resources dwindle, the Los Sueños Police Department (LSPD) mobilizes its SWAT teams to tackle high-stakes situations. These include active bomb threats, barricaded suspects, and dangerous hostage situations.

Tactical Gameplay and Authentic Equipment

The game prides itself on immersive tactical gameplay, offering players complete freedom in how they approach each scenario. Expect to utilize authentic equipment used by real-world SWAT teams, adding another layer of realism to the experience.

Ready or Not features 20 single-player missions and supports online co-op for up to five players. Team up with your friends and coordinate your strategies to overcome the most challenging threats.

The free Stories from Los Sueños DLC update will also add two new missions to enjoy. Moreover, players can expect two DLCs introducing six additional levels, and, in Dark Waters DLC, the UH-60 support helicopter.

You'll also gain access to many options to customise a player’s entire SWAT team including armour, weapons, and apparel.

For PC players, the new missions will be available via a free update coinciding with the console launch.

Pre-Order Bonuses and Editions

Pre-ordering Ready or Not will grant you access to exclusive in-game items, including the M32A1 grenade launcher, MK-V pistol, and 590M shotgun. Existing PC players will also receive these freebies as a thank you for their support.

Ready or Not will be available in multiple editions. The base game and the Day One Edition (which includes the pre-order bonuses) will retail for £45 ($50 / €50). For those looking for the ultimate experience, the Deluxe Edition (£60 / $70 / €70) includes the base game, three DLC packs (Home Invasion, Dark Waters, and an unannounced one), and the pre-order bonuses.
