Hey everyone! Get ready to dive back into the world of Ancaria because Sacred 2: Fallen Angel is getting a remaster! I remember sinking countless hours into the original, and I'm stoked to see it return on modern consoles and PC.

THQ Nordic has announced that the remaster is launching on November 11th for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and PC via Steam. If you're planning to pick it up on PC, it'll set you back $19.99 / €19.99. Console gamers, however, will be paying a bit more at $29.99 / €29.99. It's a little bit sad, but only the PC version will support multiplayer.

For those who aren't familiar with Sacred 2, the game throws you into the land of Ancaria, a place teetering on the edge of destruction. T-Energy, which was once a source of prosperity, is now causing chaos. As one of six heroes, you'll have to navigate a world filled with conflict, complete quests, explore dungeons, and battle all sorts of creatures. I personally loved the deep character customization, so I'm glad that's making a return!

What's New in the Remaster?

So, what can we expect from this remaster? Well, it includes all expansions and updates, meaning you're getting the complete Sacred 2 experience. The combat's been refined, making it more fluid, and there's full controller support, which is fantastic for console players. They've also given the UI a modern makeover, and have enhanced the textures, lighting, and view distance, making the world look better than ever.

What's really exciting is that the developers have listened to the community and implemented fixes to improve stability, so, hopefully, we can say goodbye to those pesky bugs that plagued the original release. I think that I will play this game again.
