Okay, so it looks like the rumors might be true! Word on the street is that Forza Horizon 6 could be hitting our screens on May 19th. This date is heavily speculated to be revealed during the Xbox Developer Direct later today. Honestly, I’m trying to contain my excitement!

Apparently, Dealabs, who's pretty reliable when it comes to leaks, has backed up this date. They also spilled the beans on the different versions of the game. We're talking Standard, Deluxe, and Premium editions, plus a physical copy for the Xbox Series X. Nothing too shocking there, to be honest – it's pretty much what you'd expect.

This May release date isn't exactly new. I remember hearing about it earlier this month, along with a rumor about snagging an extra Ferrari if you pre-order. Obviously, it's a virtual Ferrari, not the real deal. Imagine pre-ordering a game and getting a real Ferrari! I wish!

Japan, Here We Come!

The new Forza Horizon will be set in Japan. All we've seen so far is a teaser, so I'm really hoping we get some proper gameplay footage today. I want to see those neon-lit streets and winding mountain roads in action!

While we're on the topic, it sounds like PlayStation 5 players will eventually get their hands on Forza Horizon 6, but not at the same time as Xbox and PC gamers. Microsoft mentioned a while back that the game will launch on Xbox and PC first in 2026, with the PS5 version coming later. I think it's pretty cool that more people will get to play, even if they have to wait a bit.

I'm really curious to see what else gets revealed during the Xbox Developer Direct, which kicks off at 6 PM GMT. Fingers crossed for some awesome surprises!
